Sessions
The first session is free.
Sessions are typically one to one and a half hours. My fee is $90.00 per hour. For those in need, I offer a sliding scale.
Sessions are either in person at my home office in Boulder, Colorado, over the phone, or via Google chat. For specific directions please send an e-mail or call me.
Sometimes a client will have a quick question. These are best asked via e-mail. I do not charge extra for this communication.
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy: Apart from acts of God, if you miss an appointment and do not call to cancel 48 hours prior to the session, you will be responsible for the session fee.
Guarantee
I offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our sessions. If at any time you decide that you are not receiving the value you think you should, I will refund any and all fees you have paid to date. I believe that you as a client should have this right.
One reason I offer this guarantee is because I do not accept insurance. Hence, I want to make sure you are getting your money's worth.
However, the main reason for the guarantee is that I firmly believe that when working with me, you will and should get the results you are looking for. If you are not then it is I who needs to work harder to help you get your desired results. My goal is your satisfaction.
New Clients
The State of Colorado requires therapists to provide a Disclosure Statement to clients which delineates client rights and therapist responsibilities. Please download, read, and sign this Disclosure Statement and bring a copy to your first session or e-mail me a copy for my records.
Payment Options
Payment by cash or check is due at the end of the session. Please make checks out to Jim Kieger.
